1. Introduction

Welcome to Vestive Music Licensing (“Vestive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, platforms, and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Vestive Music Licensing provides music rights management services, including but not limited to:

  • Music licensing administration
  • Royalty collection and distribution
  • Rights registration and reporting
  • Artist representation for licensing purposes

We act as a collective rights management and licensing facilitator on behalf of artists and rights holders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services.

4. Artist and Rights Holder Responsibilities

By registering with Vestive, you confirm that:

  • You are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the rights submitted
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • Your content does not infringe on third-party rights

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

5. Licensing and Royalties

  • Vestive licenses works to third parties on agreed terms
  • Royalties collected are distributed according to Vestive’s distribution schedule
  • Administrative or service fees may be deducted as agreed

Vestive does not guarantee a minimum amount of royalties.

6. Payments

Payments are made using approved payment methods. Vestive is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or incorrect payment details provided by users.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding related to Vestive are owned by Vestive Music Licensing.
Artists retain ownership of their music unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Vestive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Provide false information
  • Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity

Termination does not affect outstanding royalty obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vestive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by Nigerian law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
